Position: Conventional Turner and CNC Turner

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Conventional Turners and CNC Turners to join our team. Responsibilities:
Set up and operate conventional turning machines or CNC turning machines to produce high-quality precision components according to specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations and sequences.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to keep up with industry advancements.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Conventional Turner or CNC Turner in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of machine tools, cutting tools, and machining techniques.
Familiarity with conventional turning machines or CNC turning machines and their operation.
Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
Good mathematical and analytical skills.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
