Our client is one of the most successful solar energy companies in the Netherlands established in the center of the Netherlands and has been active for over 10 years in the development, sale , construction and operation and maintenance of large scale PV systems mounted on rooftops and ground. On the account of the continuing growth and increasing complexity of our projects, we are looking for a field service engineer. You ensure the optimal functioning of all our solar energy systems. We are a quickly expanding company with ample career and training opportunities.
Your role:
– resolving technical failures and performing preventative maintenance.
– Commissioning of new PV systems
– Performing (handover) inspections of the PV systems
– Implementing and maintaining innovative solution (i.e. batteries, automated curtailment of agricultural PV etc.)
Requirements
– Electrical knowledge
– Trained for low voltage (and possible medium voltage) work
– Enthusiastic about contributing to the energy transition
– Knowledge of NEN 3140/NEN 1010 or equivalent international norms.
– Experience with solar energy systems is a plus
– English language skills willing to learn Dutch
