Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for 2D and 3D design.

Experience in designing and analyzing mechanical systems and components.

Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools (e.g., Finite Element Analysis).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to practical solutions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Fluent in English (verbal and written).

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CAD CAM Programmer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:

As a CAD CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing computer programs to control our CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to translate design specifications into efficient and accurate manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with design engineers and manufacturing personnel to understand project requirements and objectives.

Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of components and assemblies.

Generate CNC programs using CAM software to guide machining operations.

Analyze and optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.

Conduct thorough testing and simulation of CNC programs to verify accuracy and identify potential issues.

Collaborate with machinists and operators to provide clear instructions and guidance on machine setup, tooling, and workpiece positioning.

Monitor and troubleshoot CNC machine operations to ensure adherence to programming instructions and quality standards.

Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies in CAD CAM programming and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and competitiveness.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a CAD CAM Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for 2D and 3D modeling.

Strong knowledge of CAM software (e.g., Master cam, Siemens NX) for CNC programming.

Familiarity with CNC machining processes, tools, and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proficient in programming languages used in CAD CAM, such as G-code and ISO programming.

Experience with CNC machine operation and troubleshooting is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
