Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator Programmer to join a team of a leading manufacturing company in the Netherlands. As a CNC Operator Programmer, you will be responsible for operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will have experience with both 2D and 3D programming, a strong understanding of CNC machine operations, and the ability to work with multiple machines simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
– Operate and program CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
– Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to set up machines for production.
– Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for each job.
– Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
– Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining errors to minimize downtime.
– Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
– Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Document machine maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a CNC operator programmer, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
– Proficiency in CNC programming languages used in the Netherlands.
– Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D programming techniques.
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
– Familiarity with various CNC machines and their operations.
– Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple machines simultaneously.
– Strong commitment to workplace safety.
– Effective communication and teamwork skills.
