Job Description: Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in an organization, utilizing your skills to analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, enabling us to optimize our business strategies and enhance overall performance. We are looking for candidates who possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for turning data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources.
Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis solutions.
Identify areas for process improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics).
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
