Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Electric Technician to join a team in the Netherlands. As a Field Service Electric Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in various locations throughout the country. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires frequent travel and interaction with clients, therefore exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment at various client sites.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
Diagnose electrical problems and determine the most effective solutions.
Perform electrical installations and upgrades according to safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Document all service and maintenance activities accurately and timely.
Maintain inventory of necessary tools, equipment, and supplies.
Provide splendid customer service and establish strong relationships with clients.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in electrical systems.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Field Service Electric Technician or similar role.
Solid knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and equipment.
Proficient in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
Familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred.
Relevant certifications in electrical systems or a related field are advantageous.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages, especially Asian languages, is a plus.
Prior experience working with clients from Asia or Middle East is highly desirable.
