Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic team in the Netherlands. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients' equipment and systems. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our products on-site, ensuring their optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Travel to client locations throughout the Netherlands to provide on-site technical support and services.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot our equipment and systems.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
Provide training and technical assistance to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
Document service activities, including equipment status, repairs performed, and parts used.
Collaborate with the internal team to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance technical knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site as required.
Valid driver's license.
