Job Description: Field Service Technician
Position Overview:

7. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills.
8. Adhere to company safety guidelines and regulations while working on customer sites.
9. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service requests as needed.
10. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent technical certification.
