Job Description: Machine Operator (Computerized Machines)
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators with experience in operating computerized machines for a manufacturing facility located in the Netherlands. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computerized machines to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
Set up computerized machines based on specifications provided.
Load materials into the machines and adjust machine settings as necessary.
Monitor machine operations and ensure the smooth running of production processes.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that may arise during production.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Machine Operator, specifically with computerized machines.
Familiarity with various types of computerized machines and their operation.
Technical proficiency in machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform quality checks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials when needed.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
